wikipediaは英語版なども確認するべき
とりあえず、2つの理由があげられます。英語読むのはだるいけど、そこは我慢の子。
図画が充実してるかも知れない
編集上の問題か、もしかして著作権的な問題か、日本語版に記載されていない図があることがある。

説明が違うかも知れない
以下の例では、肝心の第一文が違っている。
ビジネスモデルという用語は広く一般的に使われているが、ビジネスモデルが明確に定義されていない。誰にどんな製品・サービスを提供するかという戦略、どのようなコストがかかりどのように収益を上げるかという収益構造などが、一般的にイメージされている。

英語版では「様々に定義される」旨は書いてあるが、日本語版にある「明確に定義されていない」とはかなり違うし、よく見ると日本語版の第一文はそもそも意味がよくわからなかったりする。
ちなみにスペイン語版を見ると*1、また別の定義があったりするから侮れない。
